1901 L Street proudly offers a unique workplace experience with customized amenities including a fitness center, bike room, penthouse lounge and rooftop terrace.
FITNESS CENTER: The state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the B1 level of 1901 L, equipped with the latest cardio and weightlifting equipment, including Peloton Bikes. The locker rooms are located just off the fitness center, stocked with everyday toiletries and towel service.
Personal training is available to tenants. Personal trainers must fill out a waiver and must be accompanied by a tenant at all times.
PENTHOUSE & ROOFTOP TERRACE: The penthouse and rooftop terrace is available to tenants throughout the day. Tenants have access to an exclusive indoor and outdoor rooftop deck with dedicated space for entertaining and collaboration. The Penthouse is ideal for hosting clients or events. Take a break from your busy day to enjoy the view and a refreshing beverage. The building offers coffee service, cold brew, and tea.
Conference center layouts and alternative furniture are available upon request.
SWEETGREEN OUTPOST: Tenants can enjoy the convenience of 1901 L Street's Sweetgreen outpost program, enjoying complimentary daily delivery straight to the building.
